The Big Picture
At present, much investment is being directed
to industry. The market is in good shape. The prospects in the
field of intralogistics are also good. International research
institutes forecast an average annual growth of 4.5% until at
least the end of this decade. This growth rate is 50% greater
than the general national economy rate in many EU countries.
The growth in demand and activity and, above all, the control
of that growth are burning issues in many companies. Now they
are focusing and streamlining, investing and expanding.
Signs of over-heating are already in the air. The availability
of labor and services is sometimes problematic. There is a
fear of growing inflation. The energy card is a potential dark
horse, which could confuse the whole issue. Some economic
researchers also claim that the greatest mistakes are made at
the peak of growth and positive economic cycles, the
correction of which is difficult during a downturn.
Intralogistics is a field that is used to adapting to major
shifts in demand. Intralogistics companies are the first to
experience the start of an economic downturn, and are also
among the last to enjoy the benefits of recovery.
How can this variation be evened out? The most important thing
is constant dialogue with the customers. Customers value a
motivated and committed supplier, with a strong portfolio of
completed projects, who can provide support over the entire
life cycle of the system and offer concrete evidence of the
productivity growth they have created.
We at Done Logistics Oy stress the fact that advance planning,
project planning and control, manufacturing, assembly and
testing are formed into a sensibly structured entity—an entity
that is as transparent as possible for the customer, and in
which every employee and subcontractor has a clear role and
clearly delineated areas of responsibility. With our way of
doing co-operation and the confidential development work
carried out individually together with our customers, we have
succeeded in creating partnerships, the longest-running of
which are already almost 30 years old. These relationships
have not been altered by economic changes.
For this, we would like to thank all our present customers! At
the same time, we also provide the same reliable service to
our new customers. We look forward to welcoming you, too!
Good intralogistics to everybody!
At your service
